My leadership journey didn’t start in an office—it began in an environment where clarity, adaptability, and decisiveness were essential. Serving in the 82nd Airborne Division, I learned the importance of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leading under pressure—skills that have guided me throughout my career.

Mastering the Craft

As I transitioned into software development, I was drawn to the challenge of building scalable, secure, and high-impact applications. While working full-time as a Software Engineer, I pursued my Master of Information Technology, deepening my expertise in cybersecurity, software architecture, and system optimization. Around the same time, I also earned my Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) certification, reinforcing my commitment to professional excellence.

That drive for continuous improvement hasn’t slowed. I regularly seek out new opportunities to expand my expertise, including recent work in AI and machine learning and other emerging software technologies.
