I'm Ed Mooers, Head of Software Engineering at Mettler Toledo AutoChem, where I lead the US Software Center through the full lifecycle of enterprise software used in pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical synthesis research worldwide.

My career spans startups, a Fortune 10, and a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer, all regulated environments where the cost of getting it wrong is real. I specialize in building high-performing teams, modernizing legacy platforms, and steadying organizations through hard transitions. Before all of this, I was a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and a combat veteran of Desert Storm.
